I own a book shop where I have a good collection of all the college books and a good collection of all types of expensive and inexpensive types of pens and pencils which all the college going students need. Today all the college going children are very fond of using the best equipments and I try to fulfill their needs by keeping a variety of exclusive pens and pencils. Even I am very passionate of different types of pens and I try to keep all the items which are fabulous and even attractive. Though my shop is not very big but still I try to give the best service to all the children and other customers who visit my shop. I have only one employee in my shop that helps me in all the work. A few days back I had to take leave from the shop for a few days for some personal work. I did not want to close the shop for that reason. So I decided that I will rely on the employee who has been working with since last 2 years. I had no problems against him as he was sincere in his work. But again I even employed one more person so that he could help the employee who was already working with me from past 2 years and that he knew where all the items were kept and how to entertain the customers. When I discussed this matter with my wife, she hesitantly but agreed to my suggestion but she advised me that I should take a precautionary step so that I can keep a record of all the events which take place in the shop during my absence. She told me that I should install a spy camera in the shop so that if there is any disturbance during my absence then I could easily spy the trouble maker and take action against him.
