Nanny cams can be hidden in most anything these days. Clocks, clock radios, boomboxes, smoke detectors, books, or they can even be hidden behind walls. If they are hooked up to the 120v outlet they can run forever. Usually they are not self contained and must broadcast to a receiver somewhere – so besides the cam or audio device there should be a reciever and recorder somewhere in the house.
