It would all depend on what it was that I caught her doing.
She would have my boot up her rear!!
We don’t have a nanny thankfully, but do have a couple of camera inside. We had issues with things going missing awhile ago, so we put them up.
People do the strangest things when they think people aren’t watching.

Well it would depend on how irresponsible..
If it had to do with risking my child any harm than I would definatly take serious action.. I think I need some more details to answer your question the best!
Using the phone, no problem as long as they weren’t long distance. Raiding the fridge, sure food would go bad anyway. If I had a kid though and the irresponsible was beating my child or having *** with somebody in my house, you’re darn right in wanting to know a reaction: Police charges for the beating one and not to be taken lightly for having *** fired with bad reccomendations if they even try and ask me.
I would fire her and call the police if necessary.
Would depend what she was doing on camera. If she was stealing, harming my kids or something of that nature i would fire her but if it was something not really that bad i probably wouldn’t make a big deal of it
depends on how bad it was… if it wasn’t that bad then talk to her about it, but if it’s really bothering you i would fire her… you are talking about your kids here… trust me there are so many people out there that would be responsable… i would anyway if it came to my kids…
Let her go. Find a new nanny.

I would ask her questions about the behaviour and see if she lies or tries to cover it up. If she does, show her the evidence and then show her the door. You are paying her after all. If she comes clean, tell her you’re not happy about it and don’t want it to happen again, and give her another chance. Also depends what she did of course.
I would be insanely pissed off and want to hurt her. I enlisted this person to watch my child and if she was doing something other than taking care of him or if she harmed him in anyway they would learn the true meaning of humilation and embarassment.
i think any form of irresponsibility should be taken serious even the smallest things, if i didn’t fell comfortable i would fire them because if they are going to be irresponsible with some thing like not wiping my child properly after they feed them then imagine what they would do if something big were to happen.
